Great service

Great service! I emailed them pictures of my damaged item, then was able to call in and talk to someone directly about my inquiry. They had my issue resolved within half an hour, for very little cost! I would give 6 stars if possible!

This company is terrible. Do not buy

This company is terrible. My order came in damaged beyond use. Most of the plates are bent out of proportion. I have emailed them 7 times and did not get 1 response. If you order these dumbells and they come in damages, sorry you will not be getting help. $700 down the drain

BEWARE: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DECLINING QUALITY CONTROL

I had previous Powerblocks with no issues but the newer ones are not made as good and the customer service is non existent. The rubber handles on my dumbbells got worn so quickly and completely lost their grip making it tough to use. The stickers are also all falling off.

Horrible experience

No answer phone.. still hiding behind virus “shelter in place” is what recording says. So .. email , and email and email .. no response ! Wonder if lawsuit went against them and going under !?!?
