Not at all. How far apart the two ski rack clamps, and how wide your stance is set up on your board, is going to be different for everyone. If you're unable to fit both bindings between the two clamps it's just fine to load your board with one binding in front or behind. If you only have one board being loaded it's often best to load your board with your bindings facing down.
