Reservations are non-refundable however, in the event a tour is canceled due to a decision by West Point, reservations are rescheduled or refunded. Starting the first weekend in April, the first tour is at 9:30 and the last tour is 3:45. Tours run at approximately 45-minute intervals throughout the day.
