not at all! I've installed all kinds of kitchens and find wickes one of the easier ones (as long as all the parts are there!!), like kevin said, so long as you get a good kitchen fitter, they'll be able to fit it just fine. just a sales pitch as they make commission on installation fee's too!! :-)

If you can, go to the DIY Kitchens showroom (near Pontefract) and you'll see a dispay of their kitchen against the Big 5 (Wickes being one of them). That put the final nail in our thoughts of using Wickes - well, that and their high cost and p*** poor design offering.

Unfortunately I'm down south so I can't get up to Pontefract easily. Am I right in thinking that when DIY Kitchens say their units are 'rigid' they mean they're all pre-assembled for you? I really ought to take that into consideration in the price because I'll be paying a day rate for someone to put any kind of flat pack units together.
