Forced naps. How is this not 1st line in every puppy book?
Seriously big thanks to this thread for pointing us towards forced naps. We’re not as strict as 1 up, 2 down but generally follow that as guideline. Our little girl is absolutely incapable of putting herself asleep and gets really naughty past an hour to an hour and a half of being up.
