
Usually you may not add more sprinklers to an existing zone. You will lose pressure and therefore lose coverage on the remaining sprinklers in that zone. You would have to either move other sprinkers on that zone to a different (new?) zone, or add a new zone to serve just the new sprinklers among the old.
