Select Get Started. Place your camera at its inside location, or if you plan to install it outside, place the camera near the inside power outlet where you plan to plug it in. Select Next. If you mount a camera outside, the power adapter must be plugged in inside. Learn more about installing cameras outside.
How to connect a camera to a power adapter?
Connect the camera's Ethernet cable to the power adapter, then plug the power adapter into an inside power outlet that is not controlled by a light switch. Select Next. For best signal strength, the adapter should be visible and not too close to objects that could interfere with the WiFi signal. Select I'm Ready.
How to fix camera not blinking?
If the light is still not blinking, select I Don't See the Light, then follow the on-screen instructions. Hold your phone within a few feet of the power adapter. The system will search for your camera.

Note: You can only pair one camera at a time . If you have multiple cameras, you'll need to pair each camera individually. Use the power adapter that came with your camera and do not try to pair multiple cameras to a single power adapter.

Pair your camera while it is plugged into the power outlet that you will use once the camera is mounted. The power outlet must be inside and not controlled by a wall switch. Using a power strip or extension cord may cause the pairing process to fail. Verify that you have sufficient WiFi where the power adapter is plugged in.
