A single oven will often run on a 13A fuse, but a double oven usually needs about 20A, so will not run on your 13A supply.

I am not familiar with that model, but it is possible that the two separate ovens are bolted to a metal frame at the factory, and are wired together, so while it may be technically possible to cut out the bottom oven and remove it, there will likely be significant wiring and mods required to put in another unit. If you have a source for a decent woodworker, and there is enough space, he may be able to rework the existing cabinet so you can fit your Wolf Combi Steam unit, and a different model oven above that.

Replacing our double oven with single oven with separate microwave

As I research on how to do this, I came across a post (i can't find it anymore here) that there might be one 240V plug on the back of my double oven. If i replace it with separate single oven and built-in microwave, i need a separate 110V for my microwave which requires an electrician to make one for me.
