18 hours ago Tylenol at this point is probably fine. It is probably ok up to about 6 hours before the surgery, but I would stop at 12 hours before the surgery to make sure. Hopefully you'll be over the cold by the surgery, but it could hold you up if it is causing respiratory issues or you have a fever, but, in my non-expert opinion, I don't think that a mild cold will get in the way.
