Our spec home has Kraftmaid in the kitchen, and I just bought 50 of the soft close thingys, and put them on the entire house, with a small drill, in about 2 hours. Unfortunately, the slides are much harder to retrofit, but the doors are easy, and were only about $3.20 per door. It's even cheaper if you don't go with the brand name hardware.
