Honestly, I did an epoxy paint on a bathroom sink when I knew I was moving. Even the pro who did the coating for me said it doesn't last more than a year. Paint and water just don't mix all that well and a kitchen sink gets a lot more abuse than a bathroom sink. I would either learn to live with it or replace it.
