For those players who plan to add more unique items into their collection, GGG has developed many ways for players to get unique items in PoE. As players move forward in the game, World Drops is the most customary method of earning unique items. From time to time, monsters drop unique items in the gameplay.
Is there a way to craft unique items?
There's no way to "craft" a unique item, the only way to do this is to chance orb an item which has the same base as the unique, and pray. But this a very unreliable way to get it, only viable in SSF. You'll probably be better off by buying it. As to rerolling unique items, I would advise agaisnt it ffor the moment.
