I ran my speaker wires down the passenger side of my car, my power wire down the driver side of my car and my rcas down the middle of my car. I dont have and noise or backfeeds in my speakers . I also have stinger ground loop isolators on all my rcas too.

I have always heard it's better to run the power on one side and RCA + spkr on the other side to reduce motor noise. I haven't actually tested this myself because I just automatically wired mine separate also. I guess as long as the insulation is good around the speaker wire you should be fine. That's why some RCAs have thick jackets

I always did RCA down center to the headunit since its in the center, speaker wires on opposite of the power and ground wires. Haven't had noise yet so far...
