You can find offline uworld pdf file which you can download on your tablet. OR what is more reliable I have seen literally offline UWORLD books which you can find on Amazon I think. Not when Step 1 doesn't have super futuristic question about clinical handling of a patient - you literally can get a good score using pretty old resources IMO

Although it is a studying tool not an assessment one, you should keep an eye on your mistakes, like are they out of not fully understanding a certain topic?, memorizing problem? Lack of concentration maybe? Etc…
