There was a proposition passed in 2018 that suggested the stoppage of all changing times and it is under consideration. This proposal was approved by a vote of 410 to 192 but there is still time for this to be actually materialized as it still would have to be approved by the European Council, which is basically a body of the head of estates of all of the 28 ( now 27 considering that the UK is out ). If it is cleared that hurdle too it would soon be on its way to implementation. And it is expected that the last time change these countries make would be in March or October of 2021 depending on one when the council approves and when this proposition actually becomes law.
