Hi Max: Qantas should have its first WiFi A330 flying by now and p'haps a second too, but with 12 domestic A330s that's still very much a roll of the dice rather than something you can forecast or plan for.

Search up the registration of the aircraft your one and it should come up on somewhere like flight radar 24 go onto flightradar24 and search 737 flying between Perth an Canberra though the chances are that it has it as the majority do and its a long flight

Unless you can postpone your travel till next year there's not a lot you can do. Even then it's possible that the inflight Wi-Fi could not be working on a flight on which it is installed for some reason (though hopefully that won't happen very often).
