Oddly enough in Victoria you don't need to supply a waterproofing certificate to your building surveyor as you don't need to be licensed to apply the waterproofing. It's still in your best interest that its done correctly. If I had known I wouldn't get a certificate I may have used a dedicated waterproofed, but the tiler will start on Monday.
