You don't have one. The first model year the LeSabre had them is 2000. Regal had them, Park Ave also before then but not LeSabre

Absolutely the light is not on because of that its on from something else/has something to do with the engine/Please rate my response thank you very much

Your air filter is inside your airbox (the big black box on the drivers side of the engine compartment) There are some clips that hold the cover on unclip the cover and pull the airfilter out
There is heavy fuel smell near the air filter
A leaking fuel line , fuel pressure regulator leaking . Open the hood an see if you can see something leaking there on that side of the engine !
