I would give zero stars if I could. Wish I would have seen this before I ordered. This is a fake rip off. I have repeatedly contacted them and have not received a response or shoes. I am filing a complaint with the district attorney's office. Paypal was of no use. Hung up on me. Repeatedly asked me the same questions. DO NOT order from here.

This company is an absolute scam! I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I emailed them 3 times with no response then opened a claim thru PayPal. The company provided a tracking # that gave no definitive answer. PayPal denied my claim (I offered to send them video from the day of delivery to prove I never received the shoes).

On 11/24/20, Mom and I each placed an order with Birkenstockoutlet.cc. While Mom was never charged, fraudulent charges began appearing in early December. They charged my card, but never sent the merchandise.

I ordered several pairs of shoes. Nothing arrived. email-address works but no reply. I had paid by paypal. Fortunately, I got all my money back. I wonder what paypal does in such a case. I see that birkenstockoutlet is still an active website
