Yes they do operate on Saturdays, however it's a late night flight to give everyone time to plug in the power cords and start the cars. They usually leave JFK at around 11pm on Saturday nights. The planes or planes will land during the morning at JFK on Friday and sit on a hardstand with security untill Saturday night.
