I'm not sure where to post this, so I apologize if this is not the right place. After making a large purchase from PB for our media room and kids' bedrooms, I started seeing horror stories everywhere about the horrible delivery service. Some people waited months for their items or had them damaged in shipping and replaced multiple times.

I've gotten quite a few items from Pottery Barn through the mail and had no problems so don't worry. There are hundreds of happy customers but when we hear negative it makes you nervous. Right now I have a coffee table on order and I'm not worried lol.
