
What happens if you can't get a delivery window?
The Delivery Team will attempt to contact you in advance if the delivery window cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you have to be masked for delivery?
For the health and safety of both our customers and delivery personnel, in accordance with public health guidelines we require customers to maintain safe physical distancing guidelines and to be appropriately masked. For in home deliveries, you and anyone else in your home will need to be in another room until the delivery has been completed and our delivery team leaves your home. Delivery teams will refuse service if they feel conditions in a home to be unsafe or that public health guidelines for the prevention of COVID-19 are not being followed.
Do you need a vent hose for a brick washer?
You must have purchased new hoses (from the Brick) for washers and a metal dryer vent hose In order for the Delivery Team to assist in any laundry hook-ups or installations required.
Will the brick washer hoses be connected?
Stacking bolts and locks will be removed. Stacking laundry and pedestals will be set up. Only new hoses for washers and metal dryer hoses (purchased at The Brick) will be connected. Plastic dryer hoses will not be connected. Connection of gas dryers will be customers’ responsibility. Please ensure the first laundry loads are supervised.
Does The Brick have a student discount?
Yes. The Brick has specially formulated a set of discount programs for the high school students and college students who are not economically independent. If you meet the above requirements, you can provide relevant documents to The Brick, such as student ID, in order to obtain The Brick Discount Codes especially for students.
Does The Brick have a discount for new customer?

How long does a brick store warranty last?
Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process.
What to do if order cannot be found?
If your order cannot be found ensure your order has no additional spaces between the letters or numbers and that the zero or “O” is placed correctly. Eg. 042502KWONN
Why are back orders unpredictable?
Back orders are often unpredictable, and this is why availability dates are estimates which may change based on different circumstances. In cases of manufacturer delays, for example, The Brick doesn't control when a product is available.
Can you estimate the date of delivery for a brick store?
Since estimated arrival dates can vary according to the product, our sales consultants at your local Brick store can help give you the best estimated date of arrival for Special Order items.
Can you pay for an order written in a brick store?
If you wish to pay for an order that was written in a Brick store, in some cases the payment can be made online.
Does Brick charge GST?
The Brick charges environmental handling fees on certain electronics shipped to, delivered or picked up in provinces and territories where we are required to do so by law. This environmental handling fee reflects the applicable provincial rate and appears on your checkout page. All fees and surcharges must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for "Do Not Pay," "No GST/PST" and other promotional discounts.
