DO NOT BUY FROM ROTHCO. Raised rating from 1 star to 3. I was able to get in contact with the company by calling their retailer support number. It's a bit frustrating that they don't seem to have a number for regular customer support, BUT the people I spoke to were very courteous and expedited my refund for me.
