I'm switching from Fi to the Flex plan on my iPhone 12 Pro because I rarely use more than 1 GB. After account creation, I attempted to order the SIM card, but two different CC were denied. One was used hours ago and I see no fraudulent charges on either. I think I'm ok there...

I just ported my iPhone 12 Pro from Google Fi to Ting. Everything worked flawlessly (and quick!!), until the credit card bit, which rejected two CCs. Turns out the VPN I'm connected to 24/7 was the issue, probably some additional banking checks (thank you banks!).
Questions for son with autism
My son with autism and a few disabilities is 14. He just started high school and we want to add phone service to an older iPhone we have here. We want him to just be able to use it for phone and text as needed. Data isn’t 100% necessary but would be nice.
