Residency Requirement
All TWU full-time single undergraduates who have not completed 60 TWU-approved credit hours and will be under the age of 21 by the start of the semester are required to live in University residential communities unless one of the following exceptions apply:

If you would like to request to be exempt from the residency requirement, are under 21 years of age and will not earn 60 credits by the start of the fall semester, please print, complete and sign either the CLPA or RFR form.

The Apartments are specifically for upperclassman students who have at least 57 credit hours or are 21 years of age. All apartments have constant open co-ed hours but do not allow opposite-gender sleeping arrangements.

Residence Address: 7600 Glover Rd, Langley, BC V2Y 1Y1, Canada Skidmore Hall provides both Room and Board and Apartments which are open to all students at Trinity. Housing in Skidmore is “suite style”, where two double occupancy rooms share a bathroom, shower and private sitting area.

Residence Address: Langley Twp, BC V2Y 2S8, Canada Northwest Hall is known for having a “family” atmosphere and provides a home to 1st and 2nd-year female students on it's 3rd and 4th floors. Its setting offers incredible bird’s eye views of campus to the south and west, and local mountain ranges to the north and east.
