The University of Dallas has seven undergraduate residence halls. 1. Hoblitzelle Hall
Address: 800 W. Campbell Rd Hoblitzelle Hall is a great place for you to live on campus. This is where a lot of freshmen tend to live. This is because it provides a safe and fun atmosphere for you to enjoy.
2. Residence Hall North
Address: 1851 Rutford Ave Another great building is Residence Hall North. This is a coed dorm that is accepting of everyone. This gives you a safe environment to live in.
3. Residence Hall Northwest
Address: 950 N Loop Rd A building just like the north hall is Residence Hall Northwest. There are single, double, and triple rooms available here. This adds a sense of community throughout the building.
4. Residence Hall West
Address: 955 N Loop Rd A very large building that you can live in is Residence Hall West. As the name implies, this building is located on the west of the campus. This building has single and double rooms.
5. Residence Hall South
Address: 2801 Rutford Ave If you are a second-year student, you should stay at Residence Hall South. There are no freshmen who live here. This gives you a sense of relaxation.
6. Residence Hall Southwest
Address: 931 Drive E Another great place to live is Residence Hall Southwest. This is a coed dorm that offers single and double rooms. There is even a dining facility very close by.
7. Phase 1
Address: 2400 Waterview Parkway Phase 1 is a great apartment complex on campus. If you want a bit more freedom, you should consider living here. Your room will be bigger and there will be fewer rules that you have to follow.

When is the end of the summer agreement for University Housing?
The following dates are considered the Term of your Agreement if your University Housing Terms and Conditions is received and accepted by University Housing and you are provided with a housing assignment: Summer Agreement Only: May 16, 2021 – July 31, 2021 or 48 hours after written cancellation notice is provided, whichever comes first.
