How does wag work boarding?
A Boarding is Overnight Care that takes place at the Pet Caregiver's home. Pet Parents can request their pets to be picked up and dropped for an additional fee. Pet Caregivers will receive an additional payment for pick-up and drop-off as well.

Can I bring a friend on a wag walk?
Short answer No. You can't bring another person with you into an owners home. If you so happen to run into a friend while you are walking you may walk with them or stop to talk.

What is a wag hotel?
Wag Hotels is an all-inclusive pet hotel! We include bedding, medication, food with room service, and (2) playtimes with all overnight boarding visits. We do not charge anything additional for medication administration, food whether using ours or yours, or playtime!
How old do you have to be to stay at a wag hotel?
Wag Hotels does have a 13 year old age policy which requires manager approval to stay with us overnight. We want to make sure your pet is healthy enough to be cared for under Wag Hotels scope of care. We have many geriatric pets who stay with us, and are apart of our Specialized Care Program!
