I've had a full bathroom instal done however I now have no central heating.....Firstly the overflow valve at the outside of the house was open so when the water was turned on in my tank in the loft it went straight through the full system and all ran out.

Sorry - I assuming loads of things. When reading your first post it looked like you had bled the pump via the large silver screw, perhaps that was not the case. Have you, and have you checked the pump was spinning, look at the FAQ's to check how to bleed the system.
