Very bad experience with hats

Very bad experience with hats. Reasonably good products, but very inconsistent sizing. No return policy is terrible when it is their error that caused the problem. I wish I could trust them, but cannot and will not order again.

Falsely advertised as waterproof

I bought a pair of Bota Panama's for my GF for Christmas a little less than a month ago. First time she wore the boots in moderate rain her feet got wet. Wrote to PJ immediately asking them for advice to rectify the problem. Their reply was the boots are not waterproof but rather water resistant (sorry but they're not even that).

Poorly made and expensive

Initially loved the comfort and warmth of my BAMBINA igloo boots but after wearing them for 2 winters the boots started to leak. I do no serious hiking in them, just dog walking and walking around the city. Poor quality for such an expensive product, I would've expected them to last a lot longer at the price I paid.

I just received my third pair of boots

I just received my third pair of boots. Top quality and I adore them! These boots are really made for walking, I don't feel them. The leather is so very very beautiful! Thank you !!

Probably the worst boots ever owned

First impression of my Panama Jack Glasgow Igloo was great but steep decline from there. Sole started to take in water after one winter season. I cannot walk through the smallest water puddles without getting wet feet. Customer service says they are worn out. What kind of shoes or boots get worn out after only 6 months? Maybe some that cost half.
