A spray flask containing white vinegar (or a mixture of water and vinegar)
Method
1) Remove the buttons with a firm pull, but be careful not to break them. Make sure not to lose any small pieces (such as springs, etc.). Put them in a bowl full of vinegar (or soapy water).

Put a small amount of vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray everywhere you still see baking soda in your oven. Use your damp dish towel to do a final wipe-down, removing all remaining foamy baking soda and vinegar mixture. Repeat until your oven is completely clean.
