Modern day slavery
Till date two customers got free rides from me amounting to 8,000 which I reported to the customer care. To my surprise instead of getting a refund with compensation I was blocked under the guise of low rating. Rating that I found out was affected by those same customers who fled with my money.
Inconsiderate bolt
Bolt started off well in Abuja Nigeria, practically begging and doing all sorts of convincing to get drivers, their price was okay and commission was 15% , drivers were happy to abandon Uber whose percentage was 25, Uber was literally chased out of business.
