Very poor customer service. Hang up on you when you call after taking forever to get them on the phone. Been having problem with the right amount of pills. I have been short a lot of times. And one of the biggest problem is that they don’t have medicine in stock. I get this medicine every month for years.
CVS - Sexism on vaccines and prescriptions
I found out that a woman has to show at least FIVE forms of ID including recent bill statements to get a Covid shot/booster. A man only needs to ask to get it same day. Women must have an appointment and wait WEEKS if the appointment for a Covid shot/booster isn't canceled on her. I was denied a prescription because I was a day too early.
