You can access your 2018 and prior W2's by completing the following steps:
- Log into your Employee Self Service portal in Paylocity
- Under the “Pay” section select a check date highlighted in blue (doesn’t matter which one)
- On the left hand side there will be an option for “Checks” or “Tax Forms”
- Select Tax Forms
- You will be able to view and download your W-2 ...
- Select the orange box on the top right corner that says “Download W-2”
