How long can you wear a bra before returning it?
They used to allow you to wash and wear your bra for up to 60 days before it was no longer eligible for return, it seems they’ve changed their policy to requiring the tags attached which is a shame. The amount of leeway they gave to find your fit was the most appealing part of that brand.

How do ThirdLove returns work?
If you don't love your ThirdLove purchase, you may return it to us within 60 days. We simply ask that you keep original tags on the product (underwear should be unworn and in the original, unopened polybag) in order for the product to qualify for returns.
Can you return a ThirdLove bra after wearing?
Overall: The bras are gorgeous, but ThirdLove charges department store prices (or more) without offering in-person fit assistance or the convenience of exchanging bras quickly, or providing refunds quickly. They have a “100% fit guarantee” but you can't return a bra after wearing.

Can I make an exchange?
As long as your item is eligible for both an exchange and an Instant Credit, you may request an exchange. If your order does not meet the qualifications for an Instant Credit and exchange, you will need to process a full return in order to receive a refund or credit and purchase your new product, separately.
What is an Instant Credit?
While processing a return or exchange via the Returns Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit code along with a prepaid shipping label. Not all orders will receive an Instant Credit code and may only be eligible for a return for a refund. If you do receive a code, you are not obligated to use it.
How soon will I get my refund?
