I am facing similar issue. The screen scaling is 100% and the control is identified using the AutomationID for the WPF application. But while running application the click is not happening on the identified control.

I am new to winium and wanted some help. I tried to run a simple calculator automation test of adding 1 and 5. The automation id is 131 for 1 but when I am running the code it's clicking on '+'. Also I had to insert a sleep of 5 secs before calling the next function.
