How to reset a Soleus watch?
Most Soleus watches can be reset by holding down all 4 buttons at the same time for 5-6 seconds until you hear beeping or a series of numbers shows across the screen.
What to do if your watch warranty expires?
If your warranty has expired: we recommend taking your watch to a licensed jewelry/watch repair technician for battery replacement. This will ensure the watertight seal on your watch to maintain its water resilience.
What to do if your watch is malfunctioning?
If your watch is malfunctioning the first step is to reset your watch. Please note that you will lose all data stored on your watch after it has been reset.
Does Soleus have a warranty?
Battery replacement must be performed by an authorized Soleus service center to retain a valid warranty. In addition to battery replacement, the service center will test movement, gaskets, water resilience and hardware, to further ensure the long – term care of your watch.
Do GPS watches need batteries?
If you have a GPS watch: we recommend sending your watch to Parsec for a battery replacement as most jewelers do not have the proper battery or experience with GPS watch battery changes. Even rechargeable units will need a new battery at some point during the life of the watch.
Can you see your average pace on a GPS?
Average pace can only be viewed at the end of your run, however, you can view your current pace during your run. Your pace is measured in minutes/mile or minutes/kilometer depending on your Unit selection. ** Current/Average pace are features on our select GPS models.
How long does it take for a GPS to turn off?
When the timer is stopped or reset in Chronograph mode, the GPS will automatically turn OFF after 15 minutes.
What are the different workout modes on a watch?
The watch has the following major exercise modes: RUN, CHRONOGRAPH and HRM modes. After setting the watch and wearing your HRM belt (optional) the user can now start doing the various exercise modes.
What is run mode on a chronograph?
They just differ in the views. This mode is dedicated to chronograph, lap time, exercise time, and distance travelled.

Why does my watch beep?
You will hear a beep sound when the watch has received a GPS signal or when the GPS signal has been lost. LOST GPS signal will also be displayed in the screen.
How to select HRM zone?
Press S1/S5 to select HRM and press S3 to confirm and it will appear “HRM ZN / ZONE 1”. Press S 1/S5 to select which zone you prefer. There are 3 zones available, HR zones 1 to 3.
How to see how many files are saved in Run Data mode?
Press S7 from HRM mode to enter RUN DATA mode. The watch will display the Data list view. In this view you can see how many files are saved in RUN data. The watch will show the list of data files with newest on the top of the list.
