We have fairly new wood floors. We generally just sweep them and they stay clean, as long as we clean up spot problems with a damp rag. Our new cleaning woman started using Pledge on them and it seems to strip the finish from them. Has anyone else had this experience?

I wouldn't use Pledge. Even if it was ok for the finish it is slippery as heck. We use Bona Kemi products.
