Need help cleaning Advantium Oven
I just got an Advantium OTR oven and have used it only a few times. I just reheated a piece of lasagna and some meat sauce exploded into the upper halogen cooking lamp. I wiped what I could off the perforated halogen lamp cover, but now I have several large spots of drying meat sauce all over my halogen cooking lamp.

I wondered about that when shopping for a microwave. The holes in the Advantium were larger than usual, as I recall. The appliance store told me that stuff cooks off but I didn't get one to know if that is true. I find the whole idea of food splattering in those holes very unappealing!
