Wipe all chairs down with some type of cleaner. The goal is to remove any grease or anything that will prevent the paint from sticking. You could even sand down the chairs slightly at this point to ensure the paint will stick. I opted out of sanding because most of my varnish was off.
Add the Paint to the Sprayer
So remember to stir the paint before you pour it into the sprayer. Unscrew the paint container portion of the sprayer and pour the paint in. The paint I used was Benjamin Moore Advanced and it was actually a blue color but I promise when it dries it turns black.
