- Then pull out the main handle (part #3). If still hard to be pulled away, loosen the set screw again.
- Unscrew the index button (part #1) counter-clockwise, then pull it out.
- Unscrew the set screw (part #2) counter-clockwise using Philips or a flat screwdriver.
- Pull out the lever handle (part #3).
- Then unscrew the canopy (part #4) counter-clockwise.
