You can unlock Gig cars on the street using your app. If returning to an active rental you can use the Gig card, just tap the windshield reader until the car unlocks. Just get in, put your foot on the brake, and push the “Power” button.

What happens if you crash a gig car?
If you damage the car, but are in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement, you're responsible for a deductible limited to $1000, or $900 if you're a AAA Member. If you breach the Membership Agreement, you will be responsible for all damages to the extent permitted by law.
