Select which Elan Transfer underglaze transfer paper you want to use and apply it to your slab COLOR SIDE DOWN. Line it up to make sure you are utilizing as much underglaze as you can.

Take a damp sponge and start working from the center out. Push down gently and wipe with your sponge dragging your sponge in outwards motions against the transfer.
Step 4
Once you notice that the ink has turned into a darker color on your slab let it dry for a few minutes. Once the wet sheen is gone from the paper you can gently press with your palm down on the transfer paper to make sure the ink is attached to the slab surface.
Step 5
Now it’s time to remove the transfer! Gently start to lift up one of the corners and begin to peel back the paper. If you notice there is still a bit of color left on the transfer paper gently place the transfer back on the slab and go over it with your damp sponge and or press down on it again.
How hot should a kiln be for decals?
