Why should I take AP Spanish?
If you fit into reason 1, I would also encourage you to take it because of how straightforward it should be compared to your other classes. That’s almost a free grade at that point. The only consideration is whether taking AP Spanish would prevent you from taking another class that you care about more and/or see as essential to your future studies. If there is such a class you care about more, take it over AP Spanish.

Also, it's harder in Calculus because the use of calculator is timed, problem-solving is timed. You can't always use the calculator. I didn't take AP Calculus in high school but some of my friends did and they recalled the collection of calculators in a basket each time the time for "calculator permit" ended.
