Does anyone have any advice for having to deal with higher ups (CRNA’s and anesthesiologists) being absolutely rude to you during intubation rounds? Belittling and yelling at us while intubating our FIRST time is just very discouraging. I can take being yelled at, but not making fun of respiratory therapists and calling us “piss ons”.
