If you did everything that you needed to including the alcohol program have an SR22 on file for 3 years your suspension should automatically be lifted. If you're concerned about how long it stays on your driving record the answer is it is on your permanent record but that ends up being masked from the public record.

I am not exactly sure of your question. You should be able to get the license reissued no problem now. If your question is how long will it show up on a motor vehicle report for insurance purposes, the answer is it depends. The insurance could look at it for three, five or maybe seven years.
