The other day when buying celsius, the guy at the store told me there is no such thing as 6 months in our area with the heat and rainfall, he said 3-4 mos tops! Also said with our overyly rainy weather, I would be lucky to get that...Any truth to all this?

True, 6 months is optimistic in my area also, especially for the spring app which tends to get hit with heavy rains followed by scorching heat. I like to break up pre apps into (3) 4 month apps.

IMO: Try 6 and see. No need to split app or worry about it if it isn't true for your yard. What sneaks through can be nailed by your excellent choice of post herbicides.
