Ordered the tickets online
Ordered the tickets online, paid £500 for them. Didn’t hear any contact, no receipt or any correspondence. The following morning (game day) I managed to get through and they advised that they couldn’t get me the tickets and offered my money back. It’s a poor business model to take the customers money on the chance you may be able to get a ticket.
