How long do you stay at Go Ape?

That includes a safety demo from an experienced Go Ape team member and a practice session, where you get to learn the ropes (quite literally).
What should you not wear at Go Ape?
Dress your feet sensibly Definite no-nos are sandals, flip-flops, or any kind of slip-off shoe. And leave the stilettos at home! Luckily, Go Ape is the perfect wet weather activity! Our 35 courses are open in all conditions, with the exception of lightening, storms, high winds and ice (for obvious reasons!).
How long is treetop challenge?
around 3hrsHow long do we need? To complete every course you need around 3hrs. Each course takes roughly 45 minutes and you can do as little or as much as you would like.
Is Go Ape worth it?
It is fun but not a very long course for how much you have to pay. The only bit that makes it worth while is the big tarzan swing and ziplines to get down.
Do they weigh you at Go Ape?
All participants must weigh a minimum of 7 stone or 45kg.
How difficult is Go Ape?
The Go Ape course is designed for all skill levels and if you can climb a rope ladder, you should be fit enough for the entire course. As others have mentioned, there are options on the course to take an easier route than the extreme obstacles.
What is the hardest Go Ape course?
Challenge PlusWhat is Challenge Plus? Challenge Plus is the newest and hardest Go Ape high ropes adventure to date. It's a dialled-up version of Treetop Challenge, with new crossings that are designed to push you and your Tribe to your limits. It's also our first high ropes course for adults (participants must be 16 years old).
Can I wear shorts to Go Ape?
Hi, thanks for your interest in Go Ape! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty (gym clothes are perfect, but keep in mind the harness will sit on your upper thighs and waist, so longer shorts are best) and closed toe shoes such as sneakers or hiking boots.
What do you wear to a TreeTop?
Participants are required to wear secure, enclosed shoes (such as sneakers), in order to participate. We recommend weather appropriate clothing, suitable for both the harness and physical activity. We do not recommend crop-tops, shorts and skirts that can ride up when worn with the harness.
What do you have to wear for Go Ape?

Tie up long hair, tuck away necklaces, remove hoop earrings and clip watches, cover your waist as harnesses may rub, no open toed footwear or slip off shoes.
Can you wear glasses Go Ape?
Ensure that you can see clearly at distances of at least 20m, (if you need glasses to drive you should wear them when supervising on Go Ape). THIS IS A BIG RESPONSIBILITY: IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO TAKE THIS ON DO NOT PROCEED BEYOND SITE 1 - WE WILL GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND.
How Long Does Go Ape Last?
Go Ape lasts for up to three hours of tree top adventure, depending on how quick you are at completing the crossings.
How will I know what to do at Go Ape?
When you turn up at Go Ape, you are provided with a climbing harness, and helped with fitting it. When everyone is ready for your session, your instructor shows you exactly how the safety system works. You get to try it for yourself at ground level. The instructor then takes you to the practice area, where a low level crossing and zip wire is demonstrated. Everyone gets to have a go and the instructor makes sure that you know how to attach yourself to the safety system and stay attached. After that, you head off on your own. Instructors walk around the entire course at ground level, so if you ever get stuck, all you have to do is shout for help and someone will be there within a minute.
How high is the zip wire in Go Ape?
A challenging trail with some 35 hanging bridges, scramble nets and zip wires at heights of up to 30 feet off the forest floor. Enjoy the meadows, small woodlands and Crane Lake. An adventure play area is perfect for younger children and a special castle and sand area ideal for toddlers. Witness the picturesque Moors Lake or take a ride on the narrow-gauge steam railway – the perfect end to a Go Ape day out.

Outdoor Axe Throwing provides the satisfaction of sticking an axe in the target in a beautiful park setting. Technique is more important than strength, and during the 1-hour session you have the opportunity to compete with your friends.
