The only time it has rained here (Palm Harbor,FL) in the last year is when we have someone visiting or today, when they sprayed our pebble tec. They told me they would be back tomorrow....Saturday...to acid wash and start filling the pool. I read a few posts that pebble tec is suppose to dry before acid washing.

Our pool is scheduled to get Stonescapes mini pebble next week and I know they plan on doing the acid wash the very next day. I've read several postings on this forum that had the same type of scheduling. I don't know anything about how the rain affects pebble tec.
