How do you transport a rug?
Wrap the rug in packing paper or a thick covering If you're worried about the front becoming damaged or stained during the move, try protecting it with thick packing paper or a large blanket. To properly protect your rug, simply wrap it in the covering from top to bottom and secure with packing tape.
How do you send a rug by courier?
We suggest you use bubble-wrap around a rolled, not folded rug. This will give it extra protection through the system. We also advise using purpose-made packing paper with copious amounts of tape. You could use bin bags but make sure there are no parts flapping around and which could get caught.

Smaller items and decor are generally shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS and typically takes 10 days or less for delivery. Following a purchase our customers will receive an email confirming the carrier name and tracking number. Most items ship within 3 business days following a sale.
